This Refund Policy describes when ANVIL Health, Inc. ("ANVIL") issues refunds for the intake fee and the monthly subscription. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Intake fee
The $99 intake fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your first medication shipment. To request a refund, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We do not require a reason.
If your physician determines you are not a clinical candidate for TRT, your intake fee is fully refunded automatically — no action required from you.
Monthly subscription
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will not be billed for any subsequent month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; medication already dispensed will still ship.

Damaged or undelivered shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, contact [email protected] within 14 days. We will reship at no charge or refund the affected month at our discretion.
Exceptions
If applicable consumer-protection law in your state requires a different refund treatment, that law controls. We will honor any refund right granted to you by your state's law.
